Review

DUE TO MUCH DEMAND HERE’S THE REPRESS: the first collaboration by m. eyerer and chopstick, created in martin’s studio. the lyrics and vocals have been done by p. barnes who is known as one of timo maas’ favorite vocalists. we used a 100% genuine 303! Chopstick released tracks on the cult label hooj as well as andry nalin’s superfly, and have managed to climb to peak position in the buzz and hype charts and in the “cool cuts uk". Tracks have been licensed by pete tong, and are supported by djs like digewed fatboy slim, steve lawler, and jimmy van m (check…).The johnjon mix was produced by johnjon (you don’t say!!) in collaboration with chopstick. johnjon also releases on voidcom and soon on criminal records. **check out this big acid journey.**

DJ MAG 12.2004: “"She loves it" is entertaining on a number of levels. The work of sometime prob producer Chopstick - although on this release he has seen the error of his ways - this release gives the well-worn acid sound a grimy update, with the duo fusing cut-up, jacking rhythms, electro bass and sleazy 303s. However this only half the appeal of this record: there is also a hilarious, tengue-in-cheek narrative about clubbing throughout, with vocalist P.Barnes taking the piss out every cliche that yer average coked up music industry twat comes out with. ”
