Electronique Audio issues their fourth release. This time imprint regular Tom Demac has joined forces with the label’s new artist Duckett on the ‘Critical Distance e.p.’ Unleashing the new ‘live’ sound of the label; together they have created four dance-floor cuts in keeping with the overall concept of the imprint. On the A-side the opening track ‘Critical Distance’ blends a distinctive groove alongside a unique vocal line which without doubt catches your attention. Tracks ‘Blue Rinse Hotel’ and ‘Obstructed View’ combine original ideas with characteristic grooves for more dance-floor pleasure. Then to wrap things up ‘Flow Forth’, which is a deep, melodic and funky masterpiece. |

Josh Wink: “Really like the A1 cut. Spacy, trippy, minimal, dark. I dig it. Most of the cuts on this 12, I really enjoy. But, not for every gig. The right time, right place kind of thing. Nice release. Thanks- W” Josh Wink: “Really like the A1 cut. Spacy, trippy, minimal, dark. I dig it. Most of the cuts on this 12, I really enjoy. But, not for every gig.
