Perhaps reminiscent of Joakim’s monster remix of ‘Camina Del Sol’, mix #1 is pure peak time, with active hats, sweeping synths and an ever moving pattern that ebbs and flows, messes with timing, then tears into the sound system with a barrage of Detroit-flavoured saws and delays. Mix #2 eases off with a cleaner, more restrained approach perfect for warm ups. The original is featured on the Stick Figures debut album ‘Low Self Esteem’, out in July.
