Dave DK has been buried in his studio the last couple of months fine-tuning his debut album “Lights And Colours” for Moodmusic (coming out autumn 2007). It´s almost ready and here we have the first single coming on strong from this talented producer. “Sweet Yellow” takes on where he left with “Okinawa Dance” on Mood Limited and “Midi Rain” on Playhouse – Slow building, complex grooves keeping the floor nailed from the first moment on, building an anthem with strong synth-lines and his trademark sounddesign of effects and percussion. “Prism” is more housier in the beetz department, while building on vocal snippets and chugging keys keeping the tension on high alert. Taking the best of the past and combining it with futuristic themes we are sure Dave will be up for big things in the future.
