Front Room Recordings & Jesse Rose Present Deadset ‘Keys Open Doors’, the debut album by Cass & Mangan. Introducing Deadset: an act that crafts house music in some of its many disguises. The two man team used to do a lot of that, and a little bit of this. Before Deadset1 and Deadset2 came into being, they played in the sandpit with the likes of Muse, Miss Kittin, Royksopp, Tiefschwarz, Justin Timberlake, Scissor Sisters and with labels such as Fine, Blue Fin, Souvenir, Made To Play, Wall of Sound and Tsuba. Now they do a lot of this and only a little bit of that. Disregarding this, that and the other, their tipping point has arrived… They have also been allowed to play around at the likes of weekend (Berlin), Panoramabar (Berlin), Fabric (London), The End (London) and countless other joints. Lovingly nurtured, their forthcoming album, Keys Open Doors, is about to be released into the wild from the arms of Jesse Rose and his Front Room label. Music for now, with an eye on tomorrow, made with sounds of then. Deadset 1 is Tom Mangan. Deadset 2 is Cass. Cass + Mangan is dead. LONG LIVE Deadset.Going from the deep to prime time, this album focuses on the sound of the floor while keeping you entertained at your desk or in the car. Stand out club tracks such as ‘Keep Quiet, ‘Buzzer Says Werner’ & ‘Tick Tock’, have already been hyped to the max by the likes of Derrick Carter, Luciano, Ralf Lawson. Switch, Sinden and of course a main stay in the sets of Jesse Rose. With tracks such as ‘Brazil ‘70′, ‘Ape Man Abacus’ and ‘Acid Radar ‘ the boys show there London roots with hints of all the cultures that inhabit the city with heavy grime, dubstep vibes and latin licks taking the album away from that mainland Europe sound.
