The Faint return in 2009 with remixes by some of their favorite artists. Das Glow re-imagines “Mirror Error” as only he can. Members of the Faint have been playing Das Glow in their DJ sets since they first heard the music on Institubes. Djedjotronic has been one of The Faint’s favorite Boys Noize artists, and the remix of “Machine in the Ghost” on this release shows Djedjotronic in rare form, focusing on the spirituality of the lyrics. Tensnake’s inclusion on this package came at the suggestion of Boysnoize Rec. label head Alex Ridha. The Faint’s manager, Joel Mark, comments: ” When i heard these Tensnake mixes, i left them on repeat for hours. Battle Hymn For Children has always been one of our favorite songs on Fasciinatiion, but Tensnake was able to take it to brand new areas that we never would have imagined. i could listen to a 30 minute version of this remix. ” Nice !
