Label chief Guy Gerber returns with a stunning 12″ double EP on his own “Supplement Facts Records". All seven original mixes in this release were written and produced during the summer of 2009 and each one captures a particular aspect of this period for Guy. Summer time meant busy time this year! Apart from touring and being based in Ibiza for his weekly residence at SPACE, Guy managed to find studio time to work on his Album (scheduled for 2010) and this release. “My Invisible Romance” is an intimate glance into the seemingly borderless music production world of Guy Gerber. Whilst delivering Gerbers’ signature production style this release also surprises with its romantic elements and as usual he teases the listener with his trademark dream-like adaptations. The inspiration for this release came from Guy’s regular performances and majorly from the time spent on the road- as a guest artist in friends’ studios and from his work in “improvised studios". “My Invisible Romance” is a release close to Guy Gerbers’ chest, filled with emotions and surprises- a truly intimate collection of musical works. |

Adultnapper (Audiomatique): “Phenomenal release. Cant decide which tracks like most. They're all brilliantly done and beautiful.” Anja Schneider: “Really cool tracks. My absolute no 1 is So Close, Far Away. Play this in every set and I still feel it. Full support.” Ben Watt: “Love the opener, My Invisible Romance!” Celtronic Radio: “I really like the concept behind this. Makes for a far more personal release, it captures points in time and steps away from the microwave production culture that has emerged with advancements in technology. These tracks mean something so from the start, this EP carries a bit more weight for me. My invisible romance has lovely pads and progresses nicely. El Sheket has this lovely trippy thing goin on. Really like that. I love the vocal in So Close. Far Away, Livia Bang the Drums has lovely percussion throughout. Jango records is like a Jazz trip through contemporary House music. The build up is great and the track just rolls for 8 minutes. Far Away, So Close captures that Berlin vibe we are all so in love with. Really nice house. The Hollywood in You is my favorite I think. 8 minutes of electronic soul. Seriously good. I love the Drum version on Livia bang the drums too. So overall this EP is amazing. Low end is tight throughout and it is a release of substance. Very best of luck with it” D'Julz: “Amazing EP 1 difficult to chose one track” Damian Lazarus: “Gonna give it all a good listen on my flight tomorrow but, excited about this EP!!” Dinamo FM: “Essential. Livia Bang The Drums : deep night safari for a hot night. So Close, Far Away : listening to the sound of mermaids ; taking you real deep ! The Hollywood In You : gorgeous hypnotic groove ! Jango Records : a daring, though succesful jazz interlude ! Excellent release!” Pete Tong: “Will take me a while to get round them all but i like what i hear on lead track deep but very musical and soundtrack like” Phonic Express: “Guy has carved a unique sound which has catapulted him into stratosphere in 2009. The residency in Ibiza has really won him a whole new army of fans. This album sampler has so much interesting stuff goin on in it. Im especailly drawn to Far Away, So Close. Loving the melody here, quite balearicy in parts. The Hollywood in you is a rolling chugger that wil also fit nicely into my sets. Livia Bang the Drums will melt the heart of a thousand clubbers in 2 seconds flat. Nuff said. This package is tops ! I’m on it....” reboot: “Great EP!! Full support for my man Guy!!
